BOOKING - TERMS and CONDITIONS

Holiday Costs:- are shown in Euros. If you wish to pay in UK Pounds, the exchange rate used will be that prevailing at the time of booking and bank transfer charges applied.

Holiday workshop prices include accommodation, all meals, tuition and unlimited use of Internet and computer facilities.

Reservations - can be made on-line through this system and are subject to the following conditions. Please ensure that you complete all details in case we need to contact you about your booking.

1. Applicable Deposits :
One week workshops - 140 euro / UK£100.

2(a). Reservations made more than six weeks in advance of travel date will be held for one week and confirmed only on receipt of the relevant deposit payment.

2(b). Reservations within one month of departure date should initially be made by telephone and will require full payment to be arranged at the time of booking.

3. Balance of holiday costs are paid one month prior to departure.

4. Participants should arrange their own transportation to France and personal travel insurance. Please check that your passport / travel documents are in order. Nationals from outside of the EC must also ensure that any visa requirements are in order.

5. If transfers from the airport are required, these can be pre-arranged at a cost of 60 Euros per person return, which is paid on arrival, direct to the driver of the transfer vehicle. Car hire, if required, can be arranged at both Clermont-Ferrand and St. Etienne airports, or pre-arranged through the on-line Internet flight booking service provided by Ryanair. (www.ryanair.com). Unrestricted car parking is available near the LCO.

6. Excursions are always arranged subject to a minimum viable number of participants.

7. Special dietary needs can be accommodated provided sufficient advance notice is given.

8. Cancellations made more than 1 month in advance of date of holiday will incur loss of deposit if Linux Coaching Organisation is unable to resell your place/s. Cancellations made within one month of departure will incur a loss of 45% of holiday workshop cost.

9. Linux Coaching organization reserves the right to immediately terminate holidays without further recourse, for disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
